NIGHTMARES (and daymares too!)

Hi kitties, it's Angel.

Mama doesn't know what to do! Taz is having nightmares and daymares too! Did you ever see the video of the woofie who has nightmares and runs in her sleep until she hits the wall? Taz is a little bit like that. She starts twitching and clawing and then she'll get up and run away and then she wakes up. Mama tries to soothe her sometimes when she is dreaming, but sometimes she just jumps and runs away worser. Sometimes it happens a few times a day!

Why do kitties get nightmares and is there anything we can do about it? How come it's dust alluva suddin like? Anybunny got any suggestions??

luv Angel

Ah, poor Taz. That doesn't sound like any fun. We're against any mares. (Except equine mares of course!) We hope they stop soon.

We apologize fer not rememberin Taz's age. If he is new, it could be pre-forever home fears. We just read somethin about that in the local vet column in the paper. But iffen it is something after years at home, it can be some physical problem an ya should talk to a vet.

Oh no! Nightmares and daymares are awful things to have.

Mom said if Taz keeps having any kind of mares for more than a day or two she should let your Mama take her to the VET. The trip might not be fun but there might be a simple remedy to make the mares stop being a problem.

We'd really like to say we could help with some sorta knowledge, but we can't. The only thing we're thinking is what if there's some sort of physical pain/discomfort that disturbs her while sleeping. Like when our purrson would have leg cramps and start flailing around before waking up.
